Arch Technology Solutions and Medical Modality Combine to Increase Advanced Support Offerings
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., May 10th, 2021 – Arch Technology Solutions, a leading provider of independent network support and Medical Modality Services, an Oklahoma-based medical equipment maintenance and service provider, today announced that they have joined forces to form a new venture to strengthen and grow their service and support portfolios.
With Arch Technology Solutions ("Arch") driving increased support offerings within Medical Modality Services' ("Medical Modality") current regional focus of Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas, Medical Modality will concentrate efforts on internal growth to meet increasing demand.
"This acquisition will serve as a growth catalyst for many of Arch's channel partners who are eager to expand and/or enter the healthcare industry," said Reza Koranki, CEO of Arch. "Additionally, it enables Arch to extend our sophisticated maintenance and repair approach beyond IT networking equipment to include the full-suite of a medical facility's technology."
Medical Modality has a reputation for providing in-depth troubleshooting, rapid repair, and preventive maintenance to all medical imaging equipment, including MRIs, CT scanners, x-ray rooms, portable x-ray equipment, CATH labs, PET CT rooms, and nuclear medicine rooms. Recently, the team has increased support services to include surgical beds, sterilizer equipment, and the UPS battery backups that protect this equipment along with Biomed services.
For more than a decade, Arch has served large, enterprise and carrier-level clients with independent network support provided by highly-certified engineers with best-in-class response and resolution commitments. The team at Arch consistently delivers restore-and-resolve windows of minutes (not hours or days) and has the skills and experience to manage the most complex software and hardware issues.
The companies' core values share a common intent: decrease downtime, decrease cost, and provide the highest level of service available. The two are proven leaders in the space of independent equipment support – each in their respective industries. Combining their offerings allows Arch to leverage its extensive experience as a provider of independent network support to shape an advanced medical equipment maintenance and repair services model.
"Arch and Medical Modality share a common practice of surpassing OEM-provided maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services while simultaneously exceeding service expectations," says Nolan Menefee, CEO of Medical Modality.
This new venture creates a single point of contact for new and existing Medical Modality and Arch clients who utilize medical equipment and network support. In the future, the team expects to grow beyond the targeted region to offer full, in-house, nationwide support of network and medical equipment.
