Arch strives to mirror manufacturer services along with adding key features to ensure you get the most out of your maintenance budget, and have some to spare. Some of these features are listed below.
- 25-50% Savings - Our services provide a minimum of 25% savings off maintenance budgets and manufacturer pricing. Our pricing structure is also live, meaning it is as up to date as the manufacturers prices and are factored from those prices directly.
- Supporting refurbished, EOL and Legacy Equipment - All of our services support refurbished, End of Life, and legacy hardware at no additional cost with no certification procedures, only a web-based Arch conducted wellness test to ensure correct operation of the hardware.
- Single Contract ID - All Arch Solutions' service contracts operate under an easy to use single contract ID model, all service levels, brands of equipment, and technologies are identified under a single contract ID and a single toll-free TAC. This eliminates the hassle of multiple contract ID's for different contract service levels and multiple contact numbers for various OEM's. All of your equipment is supported under this one ID, at all sites. Multiple contract ID's can be issued per request.
- Multi-manufacturer Networks - Arch Solutions' maintenance provides services for multi-manufacturer networks eliminating the need for multiple service agreements. Only one TAC line, one contract ID, and a dedicated account manager for your entire network maintenance support.
- Onsite Hardware - Arch Solutions provides onsite hardware for all qualifying 4 hour contracts, this means that you do not have to wait 4 hours for your replacement hardware, it is sent to your site upon implementation of the maintenance agreement per customer agreement. Prices are also based off of the manufacturers 4 hour options, yet you get hardware on site.
- Reasonable Time Policy - If a hardware issue is not resolved within a reasonable time via our TAC center, an RMA will be processed with the end-users permission to send out replacement hardware. This policy was put in place to avoid end-users going through support procedures to only find out they were victims of hardware failure. This minimizes network downtime and ensures hardware is received within contract parameters. There is of course no added cost for this and it is part of our Quality Control procedures.
- Technician Support - Arch Solutions provides technicians to be dispatched to your remote location or office to help troubleshoot or support any issues you may have. Technicians are made available for all contracts and are billed separately to avoid unreasonable prices to the service agreements.
- Free of Charge Repair - All service agreements include a free of charge repair service for all hardware under contract should hardware replacement not be the choice of action. Although this service is rarely exercised by our customers it is available should you want to simply get your equipment repaired.
